In-game items are stored in your personal /collect inventory in-game and do not get deleted after a period of time. Packages cannot be transferred across servers or be reversed, and will be unobtainable across seasons (contact us if you happen to lose packages to this). While there are webstore security settings to counter unsolicited packages, if you do happen to receive any, report them to us on our Discord server requesting they be deleted away.
